Representative's consent to sign and receive documents electronically
Signing electronically
You sign our representative agreement electronically, by typing your name.
Before you sign, please read this.
- What you're agreeing to. You agree to sign the agreement electronically, and to receive it, your pay statements, assignments and other notices about working with us electronically: in the console and by email.
- Your signature counts. Typing your name and tapping Sign has the same effect as signing on paper.
- You get a copy. We email you a copy of the signed agreement right after you sign, and keep it with your records. You can save or print it.
- Paper copy. You can ask for a paper copy in the chat, at no charge.
- Changing your mind. You can withdraw this consent at any time, in the console or by email. Assignments, OATH lists and pay all run through the console and email, so withdrawing it counts as your notice to end the agreement: it stays in force for 14 days, as its section 10 sets out, and then ends.
- Keeping your email current. Tell us in the chat if your email changes.
- What you need. A device with a current web browser, an email account, and a way to open PDF files.
Checkbox (v1):
I agree to sign and receive documents electronically, and I can open the PDF copy you'll email me.
Record kept with each signature
The sealed record of your signature holds: the signer's typed name, the time (UTC), IP address, device and browser, the version of this consent text, the version of the agreement signed, and the SHA-256 fingerprint of the signed PDF.
